These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DeckPrompt application (“the App”), published by X8IQ Ltd (“X8IQ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 11785751), with a registered address at 80-83 Long Lane, London, EC1A 9ET, United Kingdom. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
DeckPrompt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App.
DeckPrompt is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. X8IQ does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside of Apple's refund process. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple grants a refund, your access to paid features may be revoked by Apple. We do not receive your name, email, Apple ID, or payment details from your purchase.
Certain features of the App require you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). You are solely responsible for:
X8IQ is not liable for any charges, service disruptions, or data handling by third-party AI providers.
The App facilitates prompt enhancement using third-party AI models. The quality, accuracy, and suitability of AI-generated outputs depend entirely on the third-party AI provider and the input you provide. X8IQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use.
You agree not to use DeckPrompt to generate prompts intended to produce content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the prompts you create and the outputs you generate using third-party AI providers. X8IQ is not responsible for how third-party AI providers process your prompts or the content they generate.
DeckPrompt is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
The DeckPrompt name, logo, brand, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by X8IQ Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X8IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
